Product Description

A multipurpose jointing compound that is soft-setting, non-petroleum based for use with potable water, liquids and gases where immediate pressurization is desirable or necessary. V2 PLUS provides an excellent seal for correctly made-up taper thread connections to 50mm (2) diameter.

V2 PLUS is suitable for threaded pipe carrying:

• Air – Inert Gases
• Butane/Propane gas – Water
• Hydraulic Oil – Natural Gas
• Dilute acid/alkali – Refrigerants
• Brine – Steam at low pressure
• CO2 gas – Water/glycol mix

Benefits:

• V2 PLUS may be used on steel, aluminum, brass, copper, iron, polyethylene, reinforced fiberglass, and PVC. Do not use V2 PLUS on ABS and CPVC.

• Allows immediate pressurization
