High hot hardness of cobalt permits speeds 30% over regular high-speed steel drills. Designed for demanding drilling applications, these cobalt drill bits deliver excellent durability, heat resistance, and cutting performance. Their cobalt-alloy construction helps maintain hardness at high temperatures, making them ideal for drilling tough materials such as stainless steel, hardened steel, cast iron, and other metals.
