Mercer Industries Steel Thunder Carbide Blades feature professional grade C-6 carbide which produces cooler cuts with virtually no heat. The heat is transferred to the chips created by the saw, allowing immediate handling of cut material. These blades have tensioned and hardened steel plate which ensures straight and accurate burr-free cuts and minimal vibrating or flexing. Precision ground carbide tips cut 5 times faster than an abrasive blade making these blades an excellent choice for cutting Mild and Thin Mild Steel. Steel Thunder blades are a safer, cleaner way to cut metal with little to no sparks or dust associated with abrasive blades. These blades are designed for use with Circular Saws and Low RPM Miter and Chop Saws.
