Double ratchet drive cable puller. Cable limiter keeps two wraps of cable on the ratchet wheel. Releases load one notch at a time. Features a laminated steel ratchet wheel. Plated steel body for rust resistance and drop forged safety hooks. Meets OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) specifications.
