Product Description
LOCTITE SI 587 is a metallic blue, oxime silicone paste used for gasketing and sealing applications in plant maintenance and various sized OEMs. As a form-in-place gasket/sealant, it has been designed to provide outstanding sealing performance against industrial and automotive engine oils. Its thixotropic nature reduces the migration of liquid product after application to the substrate – allowing for reliable quality control e.g. in dispensing automation as well as manual applications. This product is typically used in demanding applications up to 260°C (500°F).
