How To Use:

1. Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from any dirt or debris. For enhanced adhesion, lightly roughen the surfaces to be bonded before application.
2. Tube Opening: Puncture the seal located in the neck of the tube using the pointed cap.
3. Application Temperature: For best performance, use the product when the ambient temperature is between 50°F and 90°F (10°C and 32°C).
4. Adhesive Application: Apply the adhesive directly to each surface that you intend to bond or repair.
5. Partial Curing: Allow the adhesive to partially cure for approximately 2 minutes before bringing the two surfaces together.
6. Bonding Surfaces: Once the adhesive-coated surfaces are brought into contact, exert sufficient pressure to ensure full contact. An immediate bond will form, which will be difficult to reposition.
7. Initial Cure: Allow the repair to cure for a minimum of 24 hours.
8. Full Strength: Depending on the specific materials and surrounding temperature, the adhesive may take 48 to 72 hours to reach its maximum strength.
9. Cap Maintenance (Optional): To make cap removal easier for future uses, apply a thin coat of petroleum jelly to the tube’s threads before replacing the cap.
10. Cleanup: For uncured adhesive, use acetone or citrus-based solvents for cleaning. Cured material can be removed by cutting or scraping.
