• 1290 Hex Head Cap Screws Grade 5 Zinc
  • Made from Grade 5 steel, these screws are suitable for fastening most machinery and equipment. Dimensions meet ASME B18.2.1 specifications. Grade 5 steel hex head screws are marked with three radial lines. Length is measured from under the head. Zinc-plated steel screws resist corrosion in wet environments.
• 1080 Finished Hex Nuts Grade 5 Zinc
  • SAE J995 Grade 5 hex nuts are medium strength nuts manufactured from quenched and tempered medium carbon steel. Grade 5 hex nuts are available in diameters from 1/4″ through 1-1/2″ inclusive. Dimensional specifications are governed by ASME B18.2.2. Grade markings include two circumferential lines located 120 degrees apart and the manufacturer’s identification mark. Grade 5 hex nuts are commonly used on Grade 5 bolts.
• 1080 USS Washers Grade 2 Zinc
  • Designed for use with structural screws, studs, and nuts, these washers are often used for construction and exterior building applications.
• 1080 Split Lock Washers Grade 5 Zinc
  • As a screw is tightened, these metric washers flatten to add tension to the joint, counteracting fatigue around the joint from small amounts of vibration. This makes them a common choice to prevent fasteners from loosening. However, they resist the least amount of vibration compared to other locking washers. They meet a DIN or ASME standard for split lock washer dimensions.
• 740 Nylon Insert Lock Nuts Grade 2 Zinc
  • A nylon insert grips the bolt to resist loosening without damaging threads. These nuts are reusable, but their holding power lessens with each use. Made from Grade 8 steel, they’re about 25% stronger than medium-strength steel locknuts.
• 2 33-3/4″ x 22-1/4″ Durham 40 Slot Bolt Bin 8-1/2″ Deep 349-95
  • This bin features an all welded, prime cold rolled steel construction and the bin is painted in a durable gray powder coat finish. The 1-1/8″ bin fronts are fully hemmed to display labels and retain parts, the sides are roll-formed for increased strength and stability, the dividers are ribbed and hemmed for added strength. These bins are modular with most 9″ deep bins and drawer cabinets; mounting holes are located in both the top and bottom. This bin ships fully assembled and optional door, base, and bin labels are available.
