Octagon flat blank cover used to close off 4 In. octagon boxes as a junction box, for adding wiring devices, or mounting lighting fixtures. The keyhole mounting holes provide easy installation. The cover is made of durable steel material for long-term durability. Additionally, the zinc-plated material provides long-term durability.
