- 850 Hex Head Cap Screws Grade 5 Zinc
- Made from Grade 5 steel, these screws are suitable for fastening most machinery and equipment. Dimensions meet ASME B18.2.1 specifications. Grade 5 steel hex head screws are marked with three radial lines. Length is measured from under the head. Zinc-plated steel screws resist corrosion in wet environments.
- 400 Finished Hex Nuts Grade 5 Zinc
- SAE J995 Grade 5 hex nuts are medium strength nuts manufactured from quenched and tempered medium carbon steel. Grade 5 hex nuts are available in diameters from 1/4″ through 1 1/2″ inclusive. Dimensional specifications are governed by ASME B18.2.2. Grade markings include two circumferential lines located 120 degrees apart and the manufacturer’s identification mark. Grade 5 hex nuts are commonly used on Grade 5 bolts.
- 400 USS Washers Grade 2 Zinc
- Designed for use with structural screws, studs, and nuts, these washers are often used for construction and exterior building applications.
- 500 Split Lock Washers Grade 5 Zinc
- As a screw is tightened, these metric washers flatten to add tension to the joint, counteracting fatigue around the joint from small amounts of vibration. This makes them a common choice to prevent fasteners from loosening. However, they resist the least amount of vibration compared to other locking washers. They meet a DIN or ASME standard for split lock washer dimensions.
