Shipping & Returns

We provide a standard shipping fee of $9 for the majority of shipments, although some exclusions may apply. If you encounter any issues with your order, please inform us within 30 days of receiving the item to initiate the refund or return procedure. Please note that specific products are designated as non-returnable and non-refundable.

Shipping

We offer a Flat Rate $9 Shipping on all orders. Exclusions apply for large or bulky items that are currently for local pickup only.

MacDonald Industrial Supply proudly offers Same-Day Shipping for all in stock orders placed by 3PM Monday-Friday (excluding observed holidays). While a vast majority of all orders will ship same day, some exclusions will apply:

  • Large-volume orders that may require specialized handling or trucking 
  • Orders requiring additional review or documentation 
  • Orders for AK, HI or international shipments 
  • Adverse natural and man-made events preventing shipping 
  • Shipments designated to a customer/collect carrier

Return Policy

If you find yourself dissatisfied with a product, we kindly ask that you reach out to us within 30 days of receiving it.

A refund may be processed, excluding shipping costs, following an inspection of the item. Please ensure that returned products are sent back in their original packaging, with shipping costs prepaid, unused, and in a condition suitable for resale. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned items. MacDonald Industrial Supply will conduct inspections on all returns and retains the right to deny credits for items that are damaged, used, or not suitable for resale. Your sole responsibility will be the shipping charge and restocking fee, if applicable, as long as your return includes the original packaging and all necessary documentation. MacDonald Industrial Supply also reserves the right to approve product returns beyond the 30-day window from the invoice date. Should a product be accepted after this timeframe, it will incur a 15% restocking fee, and any credit issued will be applicable only to future purchases.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable for any returns.

The customer may also bear the responsibility for return shipping costs, insurance, and tracking of returned items. In some cases, UPS Shipping Labels will be provided. It is important to understand that while these shipping labels may be issued for your convenience, return shipping fees may apply based on the reasons for the return request. If an order is shipped before a cancellation request is processed, the customer will be liable for any associated freight charges.

Certain products are classified as non-returnable and/or non-cancelable.

When you submit an order for custom-cut, customer-built, or special order items (including washers, eye bolts, all-thread, etc.), your order is deemed non-cancelable. Additionally, any custom-cut, customer-built, or special order items acquired by you are non-returnable. Items that are leased or classified as hazardous are also non-returnable.
