Banded earplugs are ideal for intermittent use when switching between noisy and quiet areas. Replaceable earplug tips attach to a reusable band that prevents earplugs from getting lost and allows them to be inserted and removed more easily than standard earplugs. The band can be worn over the head, under the chin, or behind the neck. It can also rest around the neck when the plugs aren’t in use. Banded earplugs are less bulky than earmuffs.
